We currently only ship within the UK and Europe. We hope to ship globally in the near future but in the meantime if we do not ship to your country please contact a website within your territory.
You have the choice of using FedEx for delivery or a trackable postal system at the checkout. We are not responsible for delays in shipping due to natural disasters, strikes or events outside of our control.
United Kingdom: Within 7 days
Europe: Within 14 days
We do our best to keep the Fiona Paxton inventory up to date, but from time to time we do run out of a certain product line. If you somehow order a product that is out of stock, we will notify you and try to resolve the issue for you. If there is an item that you would like that is not listed on the webshop please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to see if we have the item in stock.
We hope you are happy with your purchase but if for any reason you want to return your piece or exchange it then please return to us within 14 days of original purchase following the instructions below.
- All items returned must be unworn and undamaged with the tag still in place.
- For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns on earrings.
- Fiona Paxton is unable to refund any postage and packaging charges.
To arrange a return please email email@example.com stating your name, address, reason for return and if you would like a refund or exchange.
We will issue with return number. Please do not return items without this number as we cannot accept returns without this.
We recommend that you use a track able delivery service such as FedEx or recorded postage service. We do not accept any claims for pieces lost in transit.

If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped (you will be notified via email when your order has shipped), you can let us know by using the contact form and we will refund your payment and cancel your order.
